Scarlet Jahn is a Northern Beaches artist whose work explores the balance between abstraction and reality. Drawing inspiration from her local surroundings, she uses oil paints and a layered technique to create pieces that blend intricate detail with subtle suggestion.
Her work invites viewers to engage with the interplay of texture, form, and colour, offering a dynamic view of the world around us.
As a resident artist at Art Gallery on Avalon Beach and
a finalist in this year’s Soho Art Prize, Scarlet’s work is held in both local and international collections, reflecting her ability to bridge the familiar and the unknown.
